100,000 views!!!!

So, I just thought I'd let you all know that 'Pirates' has reached a milestone 100,000 views/reads ;) Only about... a million to go! haha. But no, honestly, thank you all for putting up with me for long! My sporadic updates, my grammar errors and pathetic attempts at humor! All of your reviews make me smile ; ) I do my best to stay up to date with them to reply to them. Truly, alot of answers to the questions I have no doubt you want to ask are riddled throughout those replies! haha. Or at least, some foreshadowing, at the very least! Thank you all so much ; ) You have no idea how much this means to me!!!!

Anyway, now for that news you've been dying to hear:
I have titled the next chapter 'The Precipice'.
Yes, it is the epic chapter everyone has been waiting for.
The final battle, and all that jazz.
I might have to split it into two parts, though, depending on the dialogue.
So maybe a part one and part two, or maybe just two seperate chapters. I'll keep you guys up to date- but as for now, I'm working on one chapter ; )

I'm also stressing about college applications, so please PLEASE bear with me ;) I'm working on that update, but also, alot of other things are taking up my time that I usually give to creative writing.

Hopefuly, this gets all of you up to date! If you have any questions, just post em wherever!

And yet, not really. I'm sure there's a pile of them on my doorstep right now, and if not, that you guys are hiding in the bushes just waiting for me to get home so you can pummel me to death with all those innocent tomatoes..... ;) lol
Rest assured, I am working on an update. It's at an odd place, and I hope to update either this week or next. More hopefully this week. I'll be working on the update tonight, so who knows? ;)
I don't mean to give anyone false hope, but the epic chapter will be the update after this coming update ;)
Thank you all for being patient. I'm juggling alot of school work right now, but I do try to throw in a few paragraphs every couple days ;) Your patience will be rewarded. Perhaps I'll blow your mind! lol

Hi all : )
I just started school a few days ago and am whilting under the amount of superfluous homework that I have. 5 AP classes.... really? yes. It's killing me. On top of that, my lock to my locker doesn't open half the time. It's almost depressing. lol. Anyway, I'm going to see if i can chop chop that update up this weekend and maybe some even tomorrow night, etc. Depending on how much hw I have tomorrow aswell ;)

Update Crisis

Gah.
I feel almost terrible, because I am now the bearer of sad news. I probably won't be able to update until September. However, now you know. I'm leaving for camp in a few days and won't be back. I'd type up the next update super fast, but then it wouldn't be the quality of what i'd like it to be ;) However, if you have any suggestions, I would love to hear them ;)

Wow.
I don't know wether I should be depressed, or if you guys just haven't read the chapter. I'm pretty positive I spent weeks revising all 8,000+ words of that, and I only have 33 reviews, whereas the last chapter has 80+?

Are you guys OK, or just not happy with the writing?
If that's the case, please PLEASE let me know. This story really isn't for me, it's for you guys.... And now, i'm getting the vibe that you all aren't happy.

Hi, everyone!

OK, so. The fun thing is, is that I updated.
The not so fun thing is, is that the update I made wasn't the update I wanted to originally make, which means you guys have to wait a little longer to find out who wins. I am very sorry for pulling out the laffy taffy, but it just happened that way. As you can see, after reading the update (Pirates, Chapter 29: Prelude), I have alot of love octagons to fix, and handle. Ugh. Can anyone remind me why I created them all in the first place? haha. Anyway, I hope you enjoyed the update. Let me know by reviews, please!!! I'll probably only update by the time I have as many reviews or close to the same amount of reviews as the last chapter. And you know what's insane: Over 2,000 reads on the last chapter and only 80 reviews. Kinda downheartening, isn't it? : ) Anyway, I do hope you enjoyed it!

Hi all!

I've been debating starting a blog, but like 'they' say, you never know until you try? haha. So here I am, braving the uncharted waters of Blogdom in a canoe. Fun stuff! So, I figured in this blog, I would update on where I am in my fanfictions, maybe even give you an insight to the original story I'm working on, but only if you're good! haha.

A little bit about myself: My name is Greta, and I would be thankful if you referred to me as such. I love being on a first name basis, but only a first name basis. If you know my last name, don't tattle. I do have a hard spot for tattlers :) I enjoy writing, eating, sleeping, and dreaming, amongst other artistic things that are sure to capture your fancy. I prefer anonymity (hence the first name blog). I created this blog so that I could connect with my readers, and update them on how my fanfictions are coming along. My work can be found here: click me! If you're not a fan of my fanfiction, that's fine. I love hearing flamers too! haha. I just want to know what you think, and let you know what I think! Don't hesitate to speak your mind.

So, to try an update, and fulfill the mission of this blog, here we go:

I'm 4,503 words into the 29th chapter of 'Pirates', which is tentatively titled 'The Wedding'. One guess as to what goes on there. ha ha :) There's an introduction to the wedding not unlike the one I wrote for the 'Twisted Masquerade' sequence. You might like it, you might not. :)

I was going to post a bit of the chapter, but for some reason, every time I try to paste on my laptop, the Internet window closes, so you'll just have to sit tight. I will tell you though, it's not going to be your average wedding.

But then again, I suppose you knew that already :)
